House on Market, Stewarts and Uncle Floyd

We signed with Dennis Perry at Coldwell Banker to list the house today. He will charge 5%. We are pleased with him. We had him answer a lot of questions including ALL the costs involved. We feel that he has done a more through job of doing his research etc. etc. We feel good about it. Now we will just wait and see. Keep us in your prayers.
By the way, Tina and Bill leave for the Kirkland Ohio Mission on 28th of April. They will be gone for one year.
Floyd is getting married on 26th April in Fairview at the church. You are all invited. There will be no formal invitations.

Melinda's Easter Bunnies

Here is an Easter picture of Melinda's children...Parker, Megan and Brody...

Hey Megan...Where's the teeth..

As Melinda says: Not the best quality....but still the cutest kids ever...coloring Easter eggs!

Uncle Floyd

At 5:30 tonight we got a call to meet Floyd and his date in Franklin for dinner. Uncle Bryce was there also. Floyd is getting married probaby this next month to Margie Hoggan. He has dated her on an off for quite awhile. She is cute little red head. She moved from Preston to Springville a couple of years ago, when Floyd said that he was not ready to get married. He has changed his mind. Apparently he went down last week and purposed to her with Red Roses. They have been dating again this past while. They are going to live in Fairview until her house sells in Springville, Just today they purchased a house in Preston on the 3rd hole of the Golf Course. We had a great evening visiting with all of them. We have never seen Floyd talk so much as he did tonight. We are thrilled for them.

Major dejunking at the canyon estate!!

Ron and I are overwhelmed with ALL the help you have given to us this past two weeks. We thank you, thank you, thank you. Ron says we accomplished in two weeks what would have taken us two month. You kids are the greatest and we love you all so much. The 'elephant' does not look as big now. We can now handle the rest a little at a time. We hope to call a realtor this coming week. We still have not decided which one yet. Dianne took a lot of pictures. I think she will post some of them.

Happy Birthday Amber!!!! We love you!!!

Wednesday, March 19, 2008

So I guess the party is at mom and dad's this next week! I am coming down on Easter Sunday (prob. leave home abt. noon) with Kendyll, Kyle and possibly a couple of Kendyll's friends. Kody will stay home with Matt. (He'll play with friends during the day and play baseball and video games at night with Matt!) They will come to Utah on Thursday night to play(help). Nicole will meet us there Sun. PM and stay till Tues. I think we'll be cleaning, purging, painting, moving and doing whatever else needs to be done. I told the boys that if they help during the days, I'd let them go do fun stuff at night. They might want to hang out with their cousin, Matthew Blackham some of the evenings but he's still in school.

Whoever wants to come help can, I think Amber's coming Monday? Katie, you can come anytime and hang out or help but I know you're crazy with little kids so we'll take you whenever you can come. It'll be fun to see everyone and hang out for a week! We'll prob. go home on Sat. the 29th or Sun. the 30th. depending on how much we get done or need to do!

No baseball for us spring break except throwing to each other to keep our arms throwing! Probably no more breaks from baseball till August..........

See you all soon! The Garvins

Well the kitchen is mostly done. There are still a few things; undercounter lights and some trim work. Other than that we are completely in love with it! Here are a few pictures! Hope all are well!

In November we went to Disneyland. It was an amazing family vacation. We were gone for over a week. Kolby really wanted a picture with Mickey. While we were in Toon Town, Kaitlyn fell and sprained her wrist. Then we all got to visit the doctor's office inside the park. Kaitlyn's favorite part was the Aladin show. (we saw it twice) Kolby's favorite part was the Star Wars training camp. He got to fight a real Darth Vader, who "sensed the force strongly" in him. Kyler's favorite part was Buzz lightyear ride. Since he's too small for Space Mountain and I was pregnant, he and I mastered the guns on Buzz lightyear. I think we went a million times while Kenneth took Kaitlyn and Kolby on bigger rides. We enjoyed disneyland in the morning, lounged by the pool in the afternoon, and caught all the shows at night. We also drove to the beach and stopped in Las Vegas for a magic show on the way home. It was a once in a lifetime trip.
